The brand was founded in 1990 on a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction that remains the core of our business philosophy today. At the time when Bangalore was fast metamorphosing into a bustling metropolis, Mr. Naved Hassan and Mrs. Lubna Hassan, founders of the Samarkhand Group, saw the need for honest, knowledgeable real estate services. Engaging actively with the city’s leading developers and our own experience has helped make the dream of home ownership a reality for hundreds of families. Our website is a reflection of our belief in customer satisfaction and providing an exceptional real estate experience. Initially started as a partnership firm for Real Estate brokerage services, Samarkhand Property Management Pvt. Ltd., the group’s residential development business was established to create, conceptualize and develop Sunny Brooks on Sarjapur Road in the South of Bangalore City. Our Chairman’s vision to build this landmark residential project set the trend for a spurt of growth in the area and has helped the city’s administration and the private sector to realise its full potential. The south of Bangalore is now amongst the fastest growing technology corridors in the city hosting large multinationals such as Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, Oracle, Infosys, AOL, etc. Sunny Brooks spans over 50 acres but most importantly, over 200 trusted customers continue to be the beacon of strength that enriches us as an organization.

Today, Samarkhand Group has developed approximately 2.5 million square feet of residential living space. The group has a strong management team running independent businesses that complement each other in opportunities of mixed land use.
