Having spent over 20 years in the business, he has established and nurtured excellent business relations with the city’s leading developers. Prior to Real Estate, he has had significant experience in the rubber industry, where he managed one of the country’s fastest growing footwear brands before realizing his passion for the Real Estate business. Mr. Hassan graduated in Physics and Mathematics from Bhavans College, Mumbai. His vision for the company is to create residential projects that are environment friendly, financially prudent and employment oriented. The All India Intellectuals Society has recognised his immense contribution to the state and its environment and has conferred the prestigious Karnataka Ratan Award to him in the month of June 2010. Mr. Hassan is also the Managing Director of Samarkhand Property Management Pvt. Ltd., the group’s residential development business. Mrs. Lubna Hassan Mrs. Lubna Hassan is the co-founder of Samarkhand Group. Mrs. Hassan is credited with establishing the company’s brokerage business. Her vision and enthusiasm enabled the company to facilitate transactions for buyers and sellers of space in some of the city’s leading residential projects. At the time of the city’s expansion, she actively partnered with the leading developers and helped facilitate numerous transactions and establish solid relationships with diverse clientele. Mrs. Hassan has a Bachelor in Arts degree from Mount Carmel’s, College, Bangalore. She serves as a Director on the board of Samarkhand Property Management Pvt. Ltd., the group’s residential development business. She is also a Partner in Samarkhand Real Estate, the group’s brokerage business.
Sabah Krishnarao Sabah Krishnarao serves a director on the board of Samarkhand Property Management Pvt. Ltd., the group’s residential development business. She is responsible for the design and aesthetics of the group’s residential projects and homes. She also actively drives the overall policy, governance and strategic growth initiatives of the entire group. Her background is in Design, Art History and Fashion from universities such as Lorenzo de’ Medici (Florence, Italy), The Art Institute of Philadelphia (Philadelphia, USA) and Shristi School of Art, Design and Technology (Bangalore, India). Sabah is also a partner in Samarkhand Real Estate, the group’s brokerage business.
